As a virtual tenant we can provide you with a postal address, telephone answering, call forwarding and voicemail. You will be allocated your own telephone number, with calls answered in your company name.

We provide you with a dedicated telephone number plus free voicemail inbox. Our receptionist answers all calls in your company name, and will transfer them either to any other telephone number you provide, or to your voicemail inbox.* You can then dial in to retrieve them at leisure.
£80 per month for first 100 incoming calls. After that, 25p per call

We can provide you with a professional business address. We hold your mail at either one or both of our business centres for your collection or forward to any address provided by you, by first class post. **

Additional mail boxes are charged at £10 each.
A package of full telephone and mailing services as above is £110 per month.
These services must be arranged in advance and are charged at £30 per hour.
Bookings are made in advance through our reception, and are charged at £30 an hour. Bulk discounts can be arranged. Refreshments, internet access, and video projector are provided at a charge.
All prices exclude VAT.
Minimum term is 3 months, payable in advance, with one month’s notice to terminate. If you decide to go ahead with our services for 12 months we offer you the first month FREE.
*Transferred calls are charged at standard rates.
**You will be invoiced for any standard postage charges incurred plus a handling fee of 15%.
